While there are only a dozen universities currently offering CSS degrees, there are many others with interdisciplinary institutes that research CSS and are therefore good candidates to find CSS courses.
As I learn of them I will post them in the links list along with which social science(s) they seem to focus on.
Also, I found NYU has a sort-of Master’s in CSS. MS in Applied Statistics for Social Science Research with a concentration in Data Science for Social Impact. See https://steinhardt.nyu.edu/ash/applied_statistics/ It is however, pretty light on the machine learning, being mostly a stats degree.
